• Lead and manage overall profit and lost responsibility manufacturing plant.
  
• Manage plant activities to maximum efficiency on customer delivery targets.
  
• Actively participate as a team member of the Group’s plant operation leadership team.
  
  

Requirements :-

• Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical with strong background.
  
• Significant experience in plant at supervisor management level.
  
• Dynamic, confident and energized with character build engage people at all levels.
  
• Possess effective communication and written skills in English.
  
• Able to take pressure with use initiative generate techniques for product/or group.
