Responsibilities:-
- Summarize cushion defect mode
- Organize OK/NG/Boundary samples
- Take corrective and preventive actions
- Negotiate with ALJ Autoliv Japan any design change issue
- Cushion deployment test coordinator with ALJ Autoliv Japan
- New cushion PPAP for new project/customers and get approval
- Review Supplier PPAP
- Audit Supplier
- Establish in-process Quality System including ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001
- Abel to stay in night shift
Candidate Qualifications:-
- To have completed Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other suitable qualifications with at least 2 years experience in Automotive Industry.
- Understand ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 Basic requirement
- Experienced in customer audits.
- Frequent use of English.
